How to Find Us and Parking Info

Getting to our store in Monttreal with no car, on foot, might be not as easy as it is with other stores, so if you don’t drive, it’s best to take a taxi or a ride-share for your visit. We’re right between Terrasse-Bigras and Terrasse-Raymond on Kanesatake Lands west of Oka.

By car, though, it’s pretty simple. Just follow Route 344 west along the river, and you’ll see us on your left (look for the sign that our neighbour store has next to the road, High Times Oka). There’s plenty of parking space right next to the store, so it won’t be an issue.

I traveled all the way from St-Jean to Oka specifically because the website showed a product was in stock. When I arrived, the staff was dismissive and simply said they 'didn't have it' without offering any real assistance. To make matters worse, when I asked for alternative suggestions, the employee seemed completely uninterested in helping me find a substitute. I only completed the purchase because of the long commute. While the store is in a great location with a nice vibe, the combination of inaccurate inventory and poor service means I won't be returning.

If you order online they charge you double.
The bank can’t cancel the transaction because there is no receipt and they will just act like there is only one order under your name so they dont need to give you your money back… lowkey smart honestly but still scammers.

I’ve already contacted you guys several times on numerous occasions; giving you my bank statements with matching last digit on card and all the informations needed to process with the refund and apparently all I got was “we can’t find it.” and then nothing full on ghosting.
