We’re on Preston Street in the middle of Little Italy, on the stretch between the Queensway and Carling Avenue — look for the gateway arches and the Piazza Dante and you’re in the right spot.

By car, Highway 417 (the Queensway) runs right over the north end of Preston, so the on- and off-ramps are practically at the door: from the eastbound or westbound 417, the Rochester Street and Bronson Avenue ramps drop you onto Preston in under a minute. From downtown you’re five minutes away; from the Glebe or Old Ottawa South, come up Bronson or Bank to Carling and turn onto Preston.

By transit, the O-Train Line 2 (Trillium Line) stops at Carling Station next to Dow’s Lake at the south end of Preston, and several OC Transpo routes run along Carling, Gladstone, and Somerset. For parking, there’s metered street parking the length of Preston plus municipal pay lots tucked just off the main strip.
