Shipping across Canada
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no branding on the outside. Orders are shipped tracked, and you will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Free shipping on orders over $199. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Same-day local delivery
We run same-day delivery in parts of Toronto, Ottawa and London. Availability depends on your postal code; enter it at checkout or on the homepage checker to see whether same-day delivery is available for your address.
Processing times
Orders placed and paid before the daily cut-off usually ship the same or next business day. e-Transfer orders ship once the transfer is received.
Refunds and replacements
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Melt protection
In hot months, chocolate and gummy orders include ice packs. Some softening in transit can still happen and does not affect the product; it is not considered damage.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace and sort out a replacement or refund.
